Check yes, Jenna

I declined my first job offer. I also cried after I did it because I have never declined a job offer because I have always taken what I could get. But now jobs want me and I have a choice in my job. It is the weirdest feeling. I also cried because I know I would have loved working under that director. Things are happening so quickly I can barely catch my breath. In 2 weeks I am going to be a college graduate. I can't believe I am about to be able to teach the tiny humans. I am going to miss every single student I have taught here in my student teachings. I have learned so much more in student teaching then anywhere else. I think being in the field everyday was the biggest game changer. Before student teaching I had very little confidence in my skills. I always thought all of the other people in my major know way more than I do about special education. Come to find out, I learned a few things in college. I am most concerned about writing IEP's and learning how to use IIEP. So here's to the job I finally say yes to!
